Classroom Organisation - Innovative

Classroom Organisation concerns the effect that ICT has on your classroom layout, design, management, structure and format.

Typically at the innovative level you are utilising ICT to change your classroom organisation, offering flexibility for students in their learning.

To help you reach your ePotential.....why not...

  • Encourage your students to explore and develop their own skills in using a wide range of presentation, design and creation software to create their own films, animations and digital publications such as multimedia, interactive games and simulations, films, web pages, presentations, claymations and desktop publishing.
  • Ensure your students are developing digital literacy skills so that they are able to critically evaluate, analyse and review information and software presented to them from a range of digital sources. Help them to develop critical questions when they visit websites to query who the website represents, what the key messages are and how images and text are used.
  • Design and implement ICT-based classroom activities involving:

    • mixed ability, cooperative grouping
    • open-ended project work
