Create a New Plan
New plans can be created via the Create a new plan link, which always appears in your personal plans area.
- Start your new plan by setting some specific goals.
4. Click on the Add a new goal push button
- You can now follow the prompts to consider and define your goal.
5. Type in what is it that you want to do.
6. Define your strategy for achieving this goal.
- You can add specific actions to your strategy in the next step of creating your plan.
7. Establish some objectives that your strategy will lead to.
- You can use these objectives to measure the success of your strategy.
8. Click on the Add Goal push button.
- Your goal has now been added to your personal plan.
- You can add multiple goals to your plan.
You can now add the actions that you will take to achieve your goal:
9. Click on Add a new action item link
- The Add New Action Item form opens.
10. Work through each step of the action form to consider what you will need to do, when you will take the action and how you will know when it has been successfully carried out.
11. Click the Add Action Item push button
- The Action Item has been added to your plan. To review the details of the action you can click on the ‘more’ link.
- Your personal plan has now been created. You can come back to review and edit you plan online at any time. You can also save a copy of your plan as a PDF document or print a copy.
