Integrated Journal Links

Once you have logged in to ePotential, the Add Entry form also appears whenever you click on an area of the Continuum or on a Resource.

You can use this integrated Add Entry form to make journal entries ‘on the go’ as you move through ePotential.

In the example below, we have decided that we would like to spend some time in Term 4 browsing the resources that are relevant to the key area Learning & Teaching – Emergent. We can make a journal entry now to remind us.

To do this:

7. Click on the Learning & Teaching – Emergent area of the Continuum

You can scroll down to see the Add Entry form

8. Add an entry and click on the Add Entry button

A message appears telling you your journal entry has been saved.

This entry will now appear in your Reflections Journal, along with a link back to the Learning & Teaching – Emergent area.

In Term 4, when you come back to review your journal you will be reminded of your plan and can click on the link to navigate directly to the Learning & Teaching – Emergent area of ePotential.

All journal entries made directly from a Continuum area will include a Reference to that area, which is also a link navigating back to the area.

All journal entries made directly from a Resource will include a Reference to that Resource, which is also a link navigating back to the Resource.
