Can an eLearning or Professional Learning Leader have permission to create whole of schools reports? 

Yes, as a Principal you can delegate Principal Permission rights to School Leaders. Download: Principal Reporting & Delegation or email epotential@edumail.vic.gov.au.

I am a Principal but cannot see the 'Survey Admin' tab when I try to delegate Principal Permission to a Leader at my school.

Your Principal Permission may not have been automatically created when you logged in.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Please email epotential@edumail.vic.gov.au with your details, including the names of your School Leaders that you would like to give Principal Access to and we will arrange it for you. 

Can I see who has taken the survey? 

As a Principal you can view a list of who has NOT completed the survey. Download: Survey Recipients
