Survey - Starting the Survey
To take the survey:
1. Log in to the ICT Capabilities Survey Tool using your Edumail account details
2. Click the My Surveys tab
- The Teacher ICT Capabilities survey appears in the Surveys available to be taken table.
3. Click the Respond link to start the survey
- The Demographics page opens. This section asks you to provide some information about yourself and the role you have at your school.
4. When you have entered your demographics information, click the Continue to Survey Button
- The Welcome page opens. The Welcome page tells you about the survey.
5. Click the Begin Survey button to start the survey
- Each question belongs to a key area of the ePotential Continuum and your responses will be used to plot you within the Continuum phases.
6. Answer each question by clicking the relevant radio button.
7. To move to the next page of the survey click the Next button
8. To go back to the previous page, click Previous (the Previous button is only available from page 2 onwards)
9. To save the survey so you can come back to it later, click the Save & Exit button
- If you click the Save & Exit button, you can return to your partially completed survey by re-entering EdCap, clicking the My Surveys tab and clicking the Complete Response link.
10. If you are satisfied with your answers, click the Submit button
11. If you want to review your answers now, click the Previous button to go backwards
12. If you want to review your answers at a later time, click the Save & Exit button.
