View an Individual Group Report

You can view an Individual Group Report, for example , as a Principal, you might want to view your schools averages for planning professional development. Select the Survey you want to compare in Reports 1 and 2

19. Select the Survey you want to view in Reports 1

20. Select your school in the Summary Level link in Report 1

21. Click the View Report 1 button to get a detailed report for your school.

The graphed report displays what phase the teachers at your school have collectively scored for each key area.

This may be useful in determining you school strengths and areas for further development. For example, in this report you can see that the school scored an average of 32% for Professional Learning, so this may be selected as an area for staff development. You can come back and compare your school’s results next year to track improvement.

The tabled report further breaks down your school’s averages and displays the total answers given within each phase.

This can be useful for finding out more information about your school’s profile. For example, you can see that despite an average of 32%, one teacher at this school has scored in Phase 4 for Professional Learning.

Any filtering by demographics can also be applied to an individual report.
